    Hey!

I want to compile the apache like this, that I can reload and implement new modules if I need them.

In the moment I have to compile the apache every time, if I want to implement a new module and this is very stupid...

Is there some solution for this?

    Greetings... KimBO

Compile them as DSO. You wouldn't need to recompile apache everytime.
Perhaps you are in wrong direction if you are doing so everytime you want to add a module.
Refer Apache documentation for compiling modules as DSO.
