I have a problem installing a ASP on CPanel. I followed the instructions given on www.hostinglife.com
    they are as follows:

How To: Install ASP (Apache::ASP) on CPanel
Login to your server via SSH as root.
(If you disabled root logins login with your other username, and su to root)
    Type:
    wget http://layer1.cpanel.net/apache-asp.sea
    Type:
    chmod 700 apache-asp.sea
    Type:
    ./apache-asp.sea

    however , after i enter rooth 'wget http://layer1.cpanel.net/apache-asp.sea '
i get error 404 that file could not be found.

Can you help on how to install Apache:ASP on CPanel
    thanx

Unless you are very comfortable with Linux, otherwise don't install ASP on a cPanel server that way. If you wish to use ASP on a very minimal scale, you can install either Chillisoft or Mod Mono. Yes, there are no guarantees any of these application will work smoothly on your server. I know, for a fact, none of these applications work on FreeBSD v5.x.
