This is a part of the error message. It appears only when I update apache with Dom XSLT .

WHM 10.8.0 cPanel 10.8.1-R30 - running on CentOS

After the build is over things seem to work, but this error kind of bothers me. Any ideas why is there are much appreciated !

DTD is a Document Type Declaration, it's what you put at the top of a webpage to tell the browser what rules to follow when rendering the page. So looks like the page bugs.html has an error in the DTD at the top of the page or the link to the w3.org site is broken for some reason... wouldn't worry about it though if things are working...
