    Hi,

I have a lot of messages like below in my apache error_log:
    Code:
[notice] child pid 19138 exit signal Segmentation fault (11)
I'm trying to generate a coredump but I'm not very succeful until now.

I have added this to /usr/local/apache/httpd.conf (near the top of the file):
    Code:
    CoreDumpDirectory /var/tmp
    and I have done:
    Code:
    ulimit -c unlimited
However still no coredumps. Can someone please help me with this

The server is running on FreeBSD 7.4 with Cpanel 11.30.6 and apache2

    hi,

Did you checked the permissions of these core-dump directory. I think it should be Apache user. So it will be better to create a new and make the appropriate changes on your end.
