Apache Crash

    A couple of times I have received the standard Email message:

    So I look in the apache error_log and see this:

    I am also seeing this (I am not sure if this is linked to the above):

    Any ideas on this please ?

    Then again a little later on, another email:

    again in the error_log I see this:

    Any one got any ideas on what is wrong with this box please ? This could well be linked to the outstanding problem I have that when I create an account Apache crashes...

    I am willing to pay a smallish amount (by Paypal) for quick resolution on this.

    Execute the following as root:

    touch /usr/local/apache/logs/ssl_scache
    chown nobody.root /usr/local/apache/logs/ssl_scache
    chmod 660 /usr/local/apache/logs/ssl_scache
    /etc/rc.d/init.d/httpd restart Support Ticket Number:
