I did some updates (cPanel update, then installed cpanel pro, then updated all the other software such as apache and what not and then recompiled php via easyapache or whatever)...Everything works fine but apaches goes down then comes right back up every hour...Any suggestions?

Also, how can I create a root ftp account such as:
    ftp username: root
    ftp password: root
with root access (access to everything). I use pureftpd.

Hmm what other questions do I have?...Can't think of anything else at the moment...

If there is trouble, it will find me
Check your apache logs to see why it is crashing:
    /usr/local/apache/logs/error_log

root has ftp access. You just have to get a secure ftp program.

Oh yea, I forgot you have to use an SFTP client. Thanks.
And I fixed the Apache problem (I think). I'll post back here if it happens again. Thanks.
