I am hosting a medium sized vbulletin forum. Sometime apache crashing the server ? I don't know what is the problem exactly. What do you recommend ?

And I want to ask another thing. How Can I do that ? :
When server load reach 20.00 I want to run automatically restarting apache code.

this program will allow you to set load limits for each program, like apache, and have it restart automatically if it gets out of hand...
