Apache eating a lot of memory and high Cpu load

cpu speed/type single or dual cpus): dual p2.8 1ghz
how much memory installed: 2024mb ram
hard drive type/configuration: 120GB EIDE non raid
linux distributor or windows version: Centos 5
apache/IIS version: apache 1.3.41
PHP version: php 5.6
MySQL version: mysql 5.0.45-community

It seems that mysql is using more CPU. Please check the running MySQL processes from the WHM.
