In my Apache Error Log I am getting an error message, that continuously (in bold) repeats and I can't interpret what module it refers too:

Failed loading 1: 1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
[Tue Jun 19 09:06:56 2007] [notice] caught SIGTERM, shutting down
    [Tue Jun 19 09:06:56 2007] [notice] mod_security/1.9.1 configured[Tue Jun 19 09:05:26 2007] [warn] NameVirtualHost has no VirtualHosts
    [Tue Jun 19 09:05:27 2007] [notice] Apache/1.3.37 (Unix) mod_auth_passthrough/1.8 mod_log_bytes/1.2 mod_bwlimited/1.4 FrontPage/ mod_ssl/2.8.28 OpenSSL/0.9.7a PHP-CGI/0.1b configured -- resuming normal operations
[Tue Jun 19 09:05:27 2007] [notice] suEXEC mechanism enabled (wrapper: /usr/local/apache/bin/suexec)
[Tue Jun 19 09:05:27 2007] [notice] Accept mutex: sysvsem (Default: sysvsem)
Failed loading 1: 1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Not sure what the above statement refers too, or how I can track it down..

Reads like a Virtual Hosts, tag problem possibly in the httpd.conf

You should take a look at this and ensure that the tags open and close correct in comparison to other accounts on your server.

    SSH root

    pico /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf
