    I have uninstaled this morning cpanel pro (because some errors) and since then Apache fails to restart, also after a reboot. I have tried to reinstall cpanel pro but I don't get it downloaded (and I have the tar.gz) for the old install already deleted :eek:

    My apache error log give me this problem:
    someone a idea or a solution

    regards,
    Martin

    this is line 2331 / 2334

    This are the last lines in httpd.conf

    <IfModule mod_rewrite.c>
    RewriteEngine on
    RewriteMap LeechProtect prg:/usr/local/cpanel/bin/leechprotect
    </IfModule>

    Hi,

    Login as root to your server, type in the following.

    pico /usr/local/apache/conf/httpd.conf

    look for the following:

    <IfModule mod_rewrite.c>
    RewriteEngine on
    RewriteMap LeechProtect prg:/usr/local/cpanel/bin/leechprotect
    </IfModule>

    Delete it!

    Save (ctrl W)

    Restart apache, all should now work.

    application bug: leechprotect(6944) has SIGCHLD set to SIG_IGN but calls wait().

    Is there any known fix for this?

    root@mercurio [/usr/local/apache/bin]# cp -R /var/lib/mysql/leechprotect /usr/local/cpanel/bin/leechprotect

    That fixes the issue.
