I'm failing QID 11827 because it's recognizing my headers fine on port 443 but not on port 80.
Did I included my options in the wrong location? Currently I have my headers set in pre main configuration file. Or is this bad reporting by qualys?

    Hello,

Can you provide more details about the specific message you receive from that report? Also, what are the specific entries you have added to your Apache configuration? Note you may find this thread helpful:

    Problems with OCSP stapling

    Thank you.
