we have a big situation in apache-php, but the solutions doesnt appears on the net.

How to change default charset to an indian web alphabets?

Hey there! Is this happening inside a plain html file or is the domain using PHP? If the site is using a database you may want to check the character encoding on the database itself to see if that is correct, and we have more details on that in our article here: How Do I Change The Default Character Set in MySQL/MariaDB to utf8?

the charset <meta content="text/html; charset=x-iscii-de" http-equiv="Content-Type" /> devanagari is causing more troubles... in plain html or php... in Mysql we dont try yet...
