Apache httpd.conf include file that the server won't overwrite?

I'd like to add

ServerSignature Off

to my Apache configuration however this is what is at the bottom of the file:

I am aware that Apache allows including additional configuration files. What is the best file or way to add it without the server overwriting my custom settings?

You can disable Server Signature using the Apache Global Configuration tool within WHM

Thank you Kenneth. Server Tokens does not allow turning off the header which simply returns 'Apache'...I don't want the header at all! I posted a new thread as a feature request.

Not only can you disable it using the method @cPanelKenneth suggested but you can add includes to the apache configuration using the steps here: Modify Apache Virtual Hosts with Include Files | cPanel & WHM Documentation

Furthermore, I should note that feature requests should be added to https://features.cpanel.net to be seen/addressed.
