Apache include editor ignores my configuration

Hello.

I have 3 servers with the same problem.

in WHM > Apache Configuration > Include Editor I have defined severals entries for "errordocument" on
pre_virtualhost_global.conf for "all apache versions". I save and everything is fine.

Suddenly, some days later, errordocument definition doesn't work, however it remains defined in the include editor. At this point I have to click save again and apache takes my changes.

I'm wondering if any update daily or weekly process could explain this behaviour.

Any suggestions?
