So is the /var/cpanel/conf/apache/local file no more on cPanel systems?

Guess I missed that announcement (entirely plausible).

So... how do we make modifications to the Apache configuration now? Like SSLCipherSuite and the likes?

Hey there! That file has been superseded by the following:

"The server stores the configuration of your Apache web server in the /etc/cpanel/ea4/ea4.conf file. This file replaced the /var/cpanel/conf/apache/local and /var/cpanel/conf/apache/main files."

which is mentioned in our docs here:

You can still modify the /etc/cpanel/ea4/ea4.conf file directly if you'd prefer to do that over using the WHM interface options.
