i havent been able to get any of my domains to come up ..
i checked the server status with WHM and got this
Failed to receive status information from Apache.
Unable to connect to local httpd server.

tried to restart apache with terminal and apachectl start and got this :

    Code:
    [root@serv1 ~]# apachectl start
httpd: Syntax error on line 53 of /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf: Cannot load /usr/local/apache/modules/mod_auth_passthrough.so into server: /usr/local/apache/modules/mod_auth_passthrough.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

fresh install WHM 11.32.3 (build 23)
    CENTOS 5.8 x86_64 virtuozzo

You might try rebuilding Apache from the EasyApache interface as an easy way out. Short of that, correct the syntax error or remark it out and restart Apache.

running /scripts/easyapache now .. as for the syntac error this is what i got
    Code:
    #
    # Example:
    # LoadModule foo_module modules/mod_foo.so
    LoadModule auth_passthrough_module modules/mod_auth_passthrough.so
    LoadModule bwlimited_module modules/mod_bwlimited.so
    LoadModule frontpage_module modules/mod_frontpage.so
    LoadModule php5_module modules/libphp5.so
    #
i dont really see a syntac error there.

is the mod_auth_passthrough.so really needed? .. i cant see commenting it out if it is really needed
