Apache problem

    cPanel Access Level:
    Website Owner
    Everytime I try going into the forums or ucp of this site I get this message

    Forum's one:
    Forbidden

    You don't have permission to access /forum/ on this server.

    Apache/2.2.16 (Debian) Server at domain.com Port 80

    UCP one:
    Forbidden

    You don't have permission to access /ucp/ on this server.

    Apache/2.2.16 (Debian) Server at domain.com Port 80

    I have windows 7 if the information is needed, and my internet is connected with a cable and not a wifi.

    Root Administrator
    Check the permissions and ownership on the sub folders. What are they set to ?
