Apache problem

    One of my clients tell me this:

    A PHP engine compiled with multibyte string support (--enable-mbstring),
    gettext (--with-gettext) and MySQL support (--with-mysql).

    She need that enable so i go to update apache and i check get text and mbstring but the error continue she have this error on the web:

    Warning: putenv(): Safe Mode warning: Cannot set environment variable 'LANG' - it's not in the allowed list in /home/joeyo/public_html/cal/ on line 70

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function: bindtextdomain() in /home/joeyo/public_html/cal/ on line 72

    could somebody help me???
