    Ok....

I'm a bit confused about these options when rebuilding apache in WHM:

"Use System Mysql" and "Mysql Module"

Do I need to check one or both of these options? I see that "Mysql Module" is already checked but "Use System Mysql" is not.

Currently I am running 4.0.15-standard and I want to stay that way, so if someone could advise me on this I would greatly appreciate it.

    Also....."SafeMode": is this needed?

in most cases, no need to select "use system mysql"

As I understand it - use system mysql for 4 and mysql module for 3 (as posted alswhere on these forums). But I don't really know. I went with "use system mysql" and it's using 4 but since there is no docs on new features then everybodies is guessing....

So...you checked "Use System Mysql" and unchecked Mysql Module" ?

I just have a good setup right now and I would hate to muck it up by making the wrong decision.
