Apache shutdowns frequently

    Hello,

    I am getting following logs in my error logs of Apache ans apache is getting down
    frequently can any one update me about this error and suggest me the way,

    [Sun Apr 22 07:35:23 2007] [notice] suEXEC mechanism enabled (wrapper: /usr/local/apache/bin/suexec)
    [Sun Apr 22 07:35:23 2007] [notice] Accept mutex: sysvsem (Default: sysvsem)
    [Sun Apr 22 07:40:04 2007] [notice] caught SIGTERM, shutting down
    [Sun Apr 22 07:40:08 2007] [notice] Apache/1.3.37 (Unix) mod_auth_passthrough/1.8 mod_log_bytes/1.2 mod_bwlimited/1.4 PHP/4.4.6 FrontPage/5.0.2.2635.SR1.2 mod_ssl/2.8.28 OpenSSL/0.9.7a configured -- resuming normal operations

    I am getting this logs after each 10 minutes.

    OMG my client added CronJob to restart the service of httpd so funny....;)

    seems now issue resolved.
