Hello, I am using CENTOS 5.9 i686 standard / WHM 11.38.2 (build 3)

My problem is that on several user accounts the SpamAssassin does not create a spam box for all the emails.

If I have about 10 email accounts it only creates a spam box for about 5 email accounts.

Is there a way to resolve this? Is this a permission problem? I have tried using the "Repair Mailbox permissions" in WHM and that does not seem to solve my problem.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, Thank You

Re: SpamAssassin not creating spam box for some email accounts

Are the accounts in question actually receiving mail marked as spam? The spam box will be created on the receipt of the first piece of spam when configured iirc.

If it isn't being created, what do the log lines for the spam message in maillog (sa) and exim_mainlog read, and what folder does it get delivered to?

Hello :)

Yes, please ensure an actual SPAM message has been sent to the individual email account to see if it's functioning as expected. You can find a test SPAM message at:

http://spamassassin.apache.org/gtube/gtube.txt

This will allow you to test SpamAssassin with a message that will be detected as SPAM.

Thank you.

Thank You, The logs didn't show any spam going to these accounts. Once I applied the test below from cPanelMichael from another server, the spam box was created.
