Apache Status & Other Items Not working?

Just to get it out of the way:
    WHM 4.7.0
    Cpanel 4.7.0-90
    RedHat 7.1

Apparently some of the scripts that WHM uses are now linked to as /scripts2/&whatever&... but none of those work for me now? Apache Status is one, CPU/Mem/Mysql Usage History is another.. I played around and found that anything in WHM that links to a /scripts/ location is fine, but anything linking to /scripts2/ for anything comes back either with a server error (Under IE) or a blank page under Mozilla?

Just color me throughly confused. If someone can point me in the right direction to get this fixed, I'd be much appreciated... I miss my Apache status screen! :)
