I am on a Cpanel Server and I used /scripts/installzendopt to try and install Zend Optimizer. I used the default options which looked correct.. how ever it said 'restarting apache' and then after that it never came back up again..

Now when I try to manually start it up it says:

/etc/init.d/httpd restart: httpd not running, trying to start
/etc/init.d/httpd restart: httpd could not be started

No clue.. nothing weird in var/log/messages

    Any clues?

Can I reinstall apache? or what?
