Apache Update

    considering updating apache....

    upgrading php to Version 4.4.4
    and ssl to SSL Module (Version 2.8.28)


    but, i guess...im wondering if it's worth it...will a lot of my sites go down?

    Always worth it to go up to a more secure version of something. ;) Your sites shouldn't go down if everything is configured properly. Having said that, if you're unsure of your boxes configuration or are simply worried about breaking something try a paid administrator. Alot of companies can do this for you fairly cheaply, and if things go amiss you have a pro right there to help fix them. GL!
