[apache] Want SIGUSR1(s) back!

Hello

As you know, cpanel does not send SIGUSR1s to restart apache when processing domain logs. Not good at all. I want SIGUSR1 back ;) It's good for the server to restart apache once a 30 minutes to clean-up memory/resources.

So set a cron to do it.
