Mysql won't work either, I'm getting the below errror (similiar) on all the accounts

Warning: mysql_connect(): Access denied for user 'sahercom_saher'@'localhost' (using password: YES) in /home/sahercom/public_html/gallery/includes/db_mysql.php on line 39

DB Error: Could not connect to the database server (localhost, sahercom_saher).

I reset the root / local mysql passwords, same problem.

i see quota issues like "disk quota exceeded" in the errors. Check and see if any partitions are full and there is another issue on some systems when apache builds. It drops .core files in /usr/local/apache . I have found that it will continue until it fills up. It's safe to remove any .core files in there to free up space. It could be other disk quota problems also. Clear those up first. Also you might want to kill chkservd and httpd prior to the build. then start chkservd after it's done.
