    Last night @ around 2:44 AM Apache stopped working, and sent me 4 emails telling me apache isn't restarting. What should i do, when i try manually, it fails also.

    In ssh type service httpd configtest and paste the result here

    I can't get into putty, the server isn't moving at all.

    I just recieved this email:
    apache failed @ Thu Sep 22 07:33:49 2005. A restart was attempted automagicly.

    Get your datacenter to reboot it then.
