    Looks pretty good to me. I don't bother with external imap or ssmtp access to our servers, so block 143 and 465.

    You might want to allow TCP/110 EG since some web-based email clients/scripts may want to retrieve email from a POP3 account off-server (that one has caught me out before I checked the iptables logs).
