    Hello Everyone,

One of the servers hosting the cPanel Forums experienced an unexpected hardware failure around 9:00AM CST today. Everything is up and running again as of 2:30PM CST, but let us know if you encounter any issues.

We apologize for any inconvenience this caused.

    Thank you.

I was wondering what happened, because at my company we use a lot this forum. We're (almost) a cPanel/WHM-based company, so it's good to have a feedback after a downtime.

    Bye.

It looks like this was the result of failed hardware as opposed to the XenForo software. One of the Hypervisors in the infrastructure we use to host the cPanel Forums failed due to what looks like a bad RAID controller.

    Thank you.

Thanks for the update, I know how this can be painful if you're caught unaware of it.
