Has anyone else experienced arbitrary mail routing problems in the last few days?

I know last week there were some major disruptions. According to the press, a price war between Level 3 and Cogent had thousands of customers either totally blacked out or crippled. This link is based on the original article (October 6 new item) : http://www.internetnews.com/infra/article.php/3554476, however, now it seems to have developed further (October 10 news item): http://www.cbronline.com/article_news.asp?guid=86029C2F-723D-4D45-B365-504F3C6562F9

Starting Wednesday last week we had several complaints from customers - mail bouncing, websites down etc. The tickets have become less and less but are still coming through. Some really weird errors:

For example: [unrouteable mail domain "yahoo.com"]. An hour later, mail to Yahoo can be delivered just fine.

I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced similar issues with arbitrary mail routing problems in the last 2-3 days?
