Hi, i enabled mail archive for some domains.
When i setup the mail in thunderbird the folders are not subscribed automatically and the user must subscribe every one.
Is there a way to auto-subscribe the folders? If, for example a user adds the _archive email to a client after a month, we must subscribe 30 folders for incoming and 30 for outgoing.

This isn't suitable for someone that archives emails for over a year, as the folder number is very large (365 incoming, 365 outgoing).

Is it possible to archive incoming/outgoing to 1 folder?
Is it possible to auto-subscribe the folders, as every day one new folder is added to the imap?

best,

Hey there!

Is it possible to archive incoming/outgoing to 1 folder?

This may be possible, but there does not appear to be a supported way to accomplish this through the cPanel/WHM interface. I would recommend submitting this as a feature request if you would like to see it implemented in the product.

Is it possible to auto-subscribe the folders, as every day one new folder is added to the imap?

Unfortunately, this is also something that is not available as an option within cPanel/WHM, but I was able to locate an open feature request on this topic:

Automatically subscribe archive user to new IMAP folders
