    Hi,

I have a customer who use Archive_ZIP : module work but we have this problem :

Files unziped by Archive_ZIP are with nobody:nobody

-> Files are used by website without problem
-> But when my customer need to delete files by ftp or by cPanel Directory WebBrowser we have a permission denied

For tests I have do a : chown -R cpuser1:cpuser1 directory/ and my customer can delete files.

Have you an idea ? Thanks.

    Go on, have a guess
That's because you're running PHP without using the suPHP handler and so all PHP scripts are run under the nobody user. The only way around that is to recompile Apache/PHP with suPHP enabled and selected in WHM > Apache Configuration > PHP and SuExec Configuration > and select suphp for the relevant version of PHP that you run. There are, however, some restrictions in running suPHP which you should investigate beforehand.
