I have a client who has a cPanel account on one of our servers. They use the Auto Responders function of cPanel with several of their users.

For some reason, when an Auto Responder fires, my email address is bcc'd. My email address is one of the email addresses listed in WHM as a Contact Email.

Are emails generated by Auto Forwarders automatically bcc'd to the WHM Contact Email Addresses?

    Thanks,

    Hello :)

This is not standard behavior. Are there any custom filter rules in place that could be forwarding the email to you? We can take a closer look if you open a support ticket:

You can post the ticket number her so we can update this thread with the outcome.

    Thank you.

To update, we were unable to reproduce this issue due to an inability to access the server the issue was reported on. If anyone else experiences this issue, please feel free to open a support ticket and reply to this thread with the ticket number.
