    the backup process like

it have 2 process run together when i type ps aux|grep pkgacct
    pkgacct - username - av: 2

and i felt this server backup really very slow, 100GB it take more than 24hr

Have you looked in the cpbackup log files that are created when the backup is running - maybe You have alot of "waiting for load to go down to continue" ?
    ( look for the log-files at /usr/local/cpanel/logs/cpbackup/ )

Do You run "incremental backups" (That usually save alot of time and CPU) ?

What is the serverload avarage while backup is running? You might try edit the value "The load average above the number of cpus..." in WHM-panel's "Tweak Settings" to something higher than 0 if You notice Your serverload is high - but please don't set it to high, that might cause too much serverload.
