Are we allowed to complain here about a cpanel related product?

    I have spent 4 days searching though a bunch of products and have some stuff to say that I wish I could of read before I started.

    I guess it's not worth, hence why I asked.

    I just hate shady business and I found some. A couple can of worms opened out there in my search for billing software.

    I sincerely doubt that he would get booted for complaining about his billing software. If he was cursing the cpanel developers and constantly harrassing the other members, that's a different story, and there have been such members in the past (sexy_guy).

    Using someones topic...

    Hi, sorry for using this forum, but i will use it to ask a question that in same way is connected to this topic..

    How many users in here use phpmanager.com? Anyone have any news for them?

    I bought a license in May of this year, they are using the 1.1 version and they told me if i bought the program i will have a free upgrade to version 2 (much much better reading ther forums and features list). That version was suposed to be released in 2 weeks from that date... One month.... two months... 3 months... FOUR MONTHS. And they keep saying, and i quote:

    - "Next week"
    - "next, next week"
    - "next 2 weeks"
    - "next month?"

    Customers complain in the forums, they dont respond, just say "We cant answer, legal problems..."

    And now, they "close" the forums and put a message that says: "Undergoing data base repairs." No email replys, nothing....

    So i dont want to give a good, or bad image, i'm just putting in here the facts, the image you can take it from yourself.

    Sorry for taking this topic, and if moderators think this is much "off forum" please delete it, or tell me and i will do it and ask public sorry.

    yes , we made the big mistake of buying that piece-a-crap too
    i am actually in her doing my homework on some new software because i have pretty much given up on them.

    i filled out a support ticket today
    BUT AM NOT HOLDING MY BREATH!!

    i also had probs in thier forum as well

    one time i had a support ticket open and cussed in their forum about support

    they answerd to the ***** witha warning but still didnt answer the prob that made me post in the first place

    as much as it sounds bad that your having the same problems , im glad its not just me or my imagination

    I signed up optimisticly, it looked nice, I planned on upgrading to the open source for $699 in the next month if all went well.

    When I signed up I asked nicely to send ASAP I am trying to get this set up within 4 days per a schedule I had last week.

    24 hours past and they said sorry they where busy, o.k. so they sent the software 3 days later. I installed it and they forgot to put me in their license server. Mistakes happen so I emailed them and to please try and hurry.

    Day 4

    They stopped replying to my emails nothing for three days. I sent a rude email at this point.

    Day 7

    Someone said sorry I had a family emergency, I felt bad and said sorry for being rude. I went with a custom solution please refund my money.

    He didn't reply.

    I thought he's busy since he was gone with the family emergency so I let is go. Then I thought maybe I will just get the open source and hopefull better service. I then asked some questions about it and magically got replies within minutes.

    I felt the answers where rude and not what I needed so I said nicely, actually I will still get a refund it's not what I was looking for.

    "I didn't want it to rely on his license server what of they have a blackout, not to mention if they are this bad in service there destined to get dos attacks."

    They stopped replying again now that I asked for the refund. So I said "is there a problem you stopped replying when I asked for a refund."

    He said we will refund your money once we check our license server to see if the script was used.

    day 7 today, I emailed again asking if the return is going o.k.

    He blacklisted my email, what a child in my oppinion. It would of taken less time to issue a refund.

    Not only did they waste about 5 hours of my time and give the worse possible experience ever I have had with a business but they still have not activated my software or give a refund.

    So I deleted it and decided Day 8 is call the bbb and file small claims day.

    All I wanted was a refund and to never think about them again. It's principal when you get treated this bad.

    What a bunch of jerks. If you don't get a refund within the next few days, I'd do a chargeback since you never got what you paid for and you gave them plenty of time.

    I just went to their website....AHHH i can't stand sites with music blaring in the background!!!!!! Most of their pages don't even work. Why release a website when the pages are not finished?? Looks like you made the right decision by deciding not to go with them.

    You get what you pay for. $60 isn't it? We gave them the middle finger a long time ago after that we ever used their product again. Crap it is!

    This above means that the host YOUR using blacklisted YOUR ip. How in the world can I go into orbs.dorkslayers.com and add YOUR ip?

    Anyway, as we promised, we issued a refund. You are not a customer, and you never have been. You ordered a product, we had an emergency, we got back, apologized for the delay, you didn't accept, so I stated if your software wasn't yet in our license server and didn't call home, we would issue a refund, its fairly simple

    Try setting your eggs in a row before you go off spewing false facts

    Reverse the charges. Why cant you? As far as your concerned sombody stole your credit card and it was used to purchase their software. HINT HINT!

    that will go good when the fact remains they signed a faxed authorization form with his signature, so on top of it all, he would be breaking the law by making false claims

    All said and done already, we already issued a refund to his paypal account

    Of course, I never hold a grudge, specially with my clients. You caught me in an akward situation where I couldnt be near a computer for a number of days.
