In my case, SSL works
But I do not remember to have installed anything... well?

My VPS server is CentOS 7.9 - cPanel/WHM - LAMP from GoDaddy Europe

That is because "cPanel (powered by Sectigo)" AutoSSL provider is enabled by default. You can disable or change it if that is what you are trying to do by going to WHM >> SSL/TLS >> Manage AutoSSL

Documentation: Manage AutoSSL

If you are using a third party SSL certificate, by default, AutoSSL will NOT replace it unless you configure it todo so.

WHM -> Manage AutoSSL -> "Options" tab -> Enable "Allow AutoSSL to replace invalid or expiring non-AutoSSL certificates."
