asking for idea about dns-only my clients reseller account.

Dear All,
I would like to ask all of you base on scenario as below:
I had been installed server WHM and cPanel with DNS-Only as state information below:
Whm.mydomain.com (sync )

Ns1.mydomain.com (standalone) -> IP 1.1.1.1
Ns2.mydomain.com (standalone) -> IP 3.3.3.3
Ns3.mydomain.com (standalone) -> IP 2.2.2.2
Ns4.mydomain.com (standalone) -> IP 4.4.4.4

Ex: When I create mydomain1.com base on above Domain Name Server. I have to login to server of that DNS Server and sync DNS.

But my concern is. If I have reseller account with domain myreseller.com and use private DNS as

Ns1.myreseller.com -> IP 1.1.1.1
Ns2.myreseller.com -> IP 3.3.3.3
Ns3.myreseller.com -> IP 2.2.2.2
Ns4.myreseller.com -> IP 4.4.4.4

In case my reseller create clientmyreseller.com and point to above reseller Domain Server.
How can domain clientmyreseller.com generate their DNS in server?

Please kindly give me idea. Your idea is very important to me.
