chiliasp and asp.net (those are both ASP programing inturprators) were built on microsoft technology, therefor only work optimaly on microsoft platforms. Heh, to put it short, having ASP on your Linux server can cause ASP to crash, or cause Linux to crash, but do it if you want, and you have to pay for asp.

Mono just released a third beta at http://www.go-mono.com/

    To quote them:
“The Mono project is an open source effort sponsored by Novell to create a free implementation of the .NET Development Framework.”

    and

“XSP is both a stand-alone ASP.NET server and mod-mono-server, the companion of mod_mono, which is a module that enables ASP.NET pages for Apache. “

I'm not brave enough set up Apache 2.0 and their XSP server on my cPanel box but I am trying it at home.

If anyone is trying this on a Cpanel machine I'd like to hear about it.
