I have the same issue on both my current cPanel boxes that are running ASSP (asspx).

I have added an address to the whitelist, when re-sending the email, I get a reply indicating that the address is already on the whitelist, whenb I query the address via the ASSP web frontend, it also confirms the address is on the whitelist.

Mails from certain addresses will always get flagged as spam despite the addresses being whitelisted. This is frustrating for both my personal accounts on these boxes and it's also impacting my customers.

This is a sample (with addresses & IP's removed) from /usr/local/assp/logs/maillog.txt

How can I configure ASSP to pass addresses on the whitelist?

As this is not a Support Forum for the ASSP script, you should post your question at their Forum.

I'm fully aware that this is a cPanel support forum!

I posted here as asspx is an inmlementation of assp for cPanel servers and thought other cPanel customers may have experienced similiar issues with their setup and any replies recieved may be useful to other cPanel cpanel customers.

Obviously this is the wrong use of the forums.
