Figured it out. Only one list got a problem - my test list.

- - - Updated - - -

My fault. I was looking at delaying and enabled it for a few minutes - just when the emails were sent. Surprised it sends an email though, as most "greylisting" does not.

Another question. Help in cPanel ASSP console says:

2 You can receive a list of all blocked email by sending an email [email protected] .
Your will receive a list of blocked email . If you find a good email blocked in this list you can press the Resend link to receive/release the blocked email in your inbox.
If you click the "Resend" link/icon , the sender will be automatically whitelisted too.

However, it does not. The email that it is sending says: (Size added)

###spam/99999-00215.eml###[do not] autoadd sender to whitelist

Which is set it assp.pl. Where I would think to to change that in the Web Console would be:

Automatic add Resend Senders to Whitelist (autoAddResendToWhite)

in the web console

but it is set to users and Admin, so it looks like it should be working.

Another one. When mail is released and resent from the SPAM Anaylzer, it replaces the From in the email with the Return Path. That is confusing to some, as the return path, like in Mailman, is not the from, if using VERP. It does not seem to do that from the blocklist email.

Is there a setting to change? I just looked for one and could not find it. (Looked for return and from in the console.)

Gabriel,

We have tried to contact you now for several weeks and sent maybe 5-6 emails, still we cannot use ASSP with the perpetual licenses we have purchased on 2 of our servers. We are getting the following message since migrating the servers, on each email occasion we have asked that the new IP addresses are updated so the license functions but it still persists.

Invalid license please contact assp deluxe for cpanel support. (er 11b)

Please can you resolve this and email us back.

I have a user that keeps on whitelisting an email address (and receives confirmation every time) yet the email constantly makes it into the discarded folder.

What is the difference between discarded and spam and how can I get these emails (which are not spam) to be seen as spam?

"SPAM" and "Discarded" collections are set in ASSP web interface > "Collecting" menu . Please contact support and provide me more info about the blocked email .

Re: Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender

There should be a problem with cPanel php /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/bin/php-cgi (if you have cPanel 11.36 a cPanel update should fix the issue). If you have still issues please report the problem here , I do not provide support in forum thank you.

Hello

As per description

RWL: Real-time white list. These are lists of IP addresses that have somehow been verified to be from a known good host. Senders that pass RWL validation will pass IP-based filters.

If you activate RWL in your ASSP WHM you set ON ValidateRWL in your ASSP web interface .
Also if you have "LatestRBL/URIBL" enabled in your ASSP WHM interface , RWL Service Providers
will be updated automatically with recommended providers.

Thanx Radio!

Just to report another bug....somehow one of the last updates disabled the User control for scoring filter, so users do not have control to enable or disable it. I gone ahead and enabled the feature which also (probably another bug) disabled the scoring filter in all the accounts :-((

- - - Updated - - -

correction, didnt disabled in all the accounts but in many randomly :-(

I've encountered the same thing with the score filter being disabled, though for all and not just individuals.

Additionally, if I go to ASSP Web Interface, go to the Scoring Settings and change the URIBL Failed+ from 12 to something else, it resets at some time. I can reset it, save it, view it and it's still changed or if I close the web interface and go back to it, it's still changed. But, if I go back the next day, it's back to 12 again.
