I have been beating my head against a wall for quite some time regarding 3 problems that i can not get corrected.

    The first one
i have a reseller, which no matter what he does, one of his accounts continuously shows the suspended page. This account is newly created and we have not suspended it for any reason.

In WHM it does not show suspended and i have tried to manually unsuspend it. Any suggestions?

    The second problem is JDBC
i have managed to install tomcat and servlets work fine. The problem is getting JDBC to work. I have taken all of the steps mentioned in these forums and i am at a dead end. My client has even uploaded an adapter, but nothing.

    Finally,
my last problem is related to addon domains. even though you can go through the process of adding the domain to an account, when you go back to Addon domain maintenence it does not list the newly added domain.

    please help

I had the same problem once with one of the client. He was complaining about being suspended, actually he was not. The solution that worked for me was I unsuspended the account from WHM even though it was not suspended.

Hope it works for you ;)

    Account Unsuspended by root (root)

Now, if you go to the website, you will see that it still redirects to the suspended page

Make sure the username is deleted from /var/cpanel/suspended/

As i stated previously, it is unsuspended now and i thank all for the advice. Next, has anyone managed to get JDBC working with tomcat? Is there some other alternative that i can use to enable JDBC?
