I have the following. One of my customers has a dialup connection in his office and cable at home. When he wants to retrieve his mail when he is at his office, he first looks in neomail to see if any big mails are there. If yes, he puts those big mails in the folder saved messages, because he does not want to retrieve those with pop3 when he is on a dial-up connection. Then, when he is home and has a fast connection, he moves the big mails from saved messages to inbox, and retrieves them through pop3. Now today, he did this like he always did: got big messages, move them in saved messages, got home, move them to inbox, download, but then he got empty mails without any attachment. The mails are gone from inbox. The mails had attachments of about 8 MB in size. Someone has a clue how to preserve this? By the way: he did this operation successfully in the past.
