    Hi
    My servers was attacked by cat /etc/userdomains, cat ...
    i was install mod_sec and any software for security.
    I try chmod 644 /bin/cat
    but mySQL will down when i try it.
    Do anyone have an solutions for that?

    download rootkit(rkhunter) and check whether only /bin/cat got infected or not

    try executing

    /scripts/fixmysql
