    Am I on the right track with this script?
    I need a postwwwacct script to create a database and add the account username / account password to the database.

    My main questions is if this is a proper API call
    <cpanel Mysql="adduser( $user, $pass )">

    Thanks for your help.

    Im new to cpanel script creation.

    script hook to perform API function

    Hi programinc,

    The WHM script hooks are simply shell scripts that are trigged when WHM performs the requested action.

    The script hooks doesn't inherit any logic or knowledge of cPanel, WHM, or API modules/functions. Your /script/postwwwacct would need to bring it's own.

    Check out http://forums.cpanel.net/f42/scripted-addition-domains-subdomains-databases-151545.html

    Essentially, it's the same thing. You'd use the /script/postwwwacct script to perform an xml-api call to the loopback and do the needful.

    Regards,
    -Dave
