attempted removal of mail scanner

Well i have already atempted to remove mail scanner but it still seems to be there, how would i make sure that I am removing all mail scanner files. anyhelp is great,

I am getting: (top -c)

MailScanner: starting child
MailScanner <defunct>

They constently show up using 20%+ cpu each time

Also I used the tar from their website no one elses helpful setup.

How was it installed?

If it was via the MailScanner rpms, then you should simply have to remove those and undo any exim changes you made.

If it was through my script, then there are uninstall instructions on my site.

If all the MailScanner dirs have been removed, then it may just be a matter of killing off those MailScanner processes.
