Iv been trying to figure out how to get these to install automatically with every new account(or atleast the text that needs to be entered in the dns records). Iv heard of the proxy domains but iv had issues with those working and i dont believe they are the only way to have this done.

if someone here could help me out and let me know how to get cpanel to create subdomains for accounts to access there cpanel or webmail by just directing to the subdomain.

Hello :)

Before proceeding with the workaround, could you let us know the exact problems you are having with using the proxy subdomains feature available in cPanel?

Thank you.

Could you open a support ticket with us so we can check why the proxy subdomains feature is not working properly? You can open a ticket using the following URL:

This seems like a configuration issue. Can you explain what changes you've made and where?

Normally this is done via Tweak Settings in WHM with a few clicks.

In the mean time, it looks like, yourdomain.com/cpanel and yourdomain.com/webmail work in that they redirect/forward to the proper host.name.com
