Isnt WHM supposed to Automatically notify a new account user of their ip login, login id, and password via email you register them with?

This isnt happening for some reason.

    No it doesn't.

Third-party software such as WHMCS/Modern Bill/Clientexec/etc. normally does this.

You can write a script to tag on to the end of a account creation to email the user if you wish.

How do i know where to send the newly created account user to login to his/her reseller/virtual accounts because the whm isnt telling me after creating the account. So how do i tell them?

If its not auto generated, how can i find this info?

WHM -> Account Functions -> List Accounts will list IP, contact email, username and other information.

The password is not retrievable in plain text format as cPanel users are stored as standard Unix users, and those passwords are not retrievable in plain text format.

Usually billing applications will send the user the password when they select it in the billing system before it is used to create a cPanel account.

You can build your own billing application using our XML-API or use one of the many billing systems known to work with cPanel/WHM:
