Hello,
My ISP, A2Hosting.com, is running cPanel 11.34.1.7. We're having an issue with auto responders, and in particular the %subject% variable. If there is an accented character in the subject of the received message, the resulting reply returns the string incorrectly. For example, if the subject was "testé", the returned string would be =?UTF-8?B?dGVzdMOp?=.
I have tried changing code pages for the auto responder, but the result is always the same, no matter what code page I select. My ISP says its a bug in cPanel, but I haven't found any reference to that in these forums or elsewhere.
Any help appreciated.
