Auto SSL and SSL payment in subdomain

Question, I have domain.com and this already uses auto ssl provided by the server, but now I need to enable only and only in:

shop.domain.com ssl payment.

It is possible to perform this action without leaving auto ssl disabled in:
mail.domain.com
webdisk.domain.com
cpanel.domain.com
webmail.domain.com

Is it possible to perform such an action by simply buying the ssl for the sub domain or is some account modification required in particular?

Yes, you can purchase and install an SSL for any domain on the server, just exclude the domain you don't want to have checked for AutoSSL.
