Auto SSL for proxy subdomain of cPanel

I'm trying to install cPanel AutoSSL for WHM. I use a subdomain of whm.topline.cloud for this server.

I have an cPanel account setup for this subdomain in WHM. When I try to install the cert I get the following log errors.

 AutoSSL will request a new certificate.

 The provider “cPanel (powered by Comodo)”’s AutoSSL queue already contains a request for a certificate for “whmtopline”’s website “whm.topline.cloud”. The request’s start time is Jun 4, 2018, 5:30:43 PM UTC and its last poll time is Jun 4, 2018, 5:30:46 PM UTC.
 1:33:54 PM The system has completed the AutoSSL check for “whmtopline”.

Not interested in any of the other subdomain certs except the main one on whm.topline.cloud.
